My story

I didn’t start in tech with a certificate. I started with an obsession to make numbers mean something.

Five years ago, I entered this space with a simple observation: too many great products fail not because their technology is weak, but because they treat every user and every market with the exact same copy-paste playbook. I wanted to challenge that—to truly understand how adoption works on the ground, and to deliver results that don’t just look nice on a slide, but show up in the metrics.

Real adoption is never one-size-fits-all. It is relative to who you are building for.

What drives a retail user to adopt a self-custody wallet is fundamentally different from what convinces a merchant to accept digital payments or what motivates a developer to build on a new protocol. That’s why I don’t rely on generic hype. I look at your specific targets, study human behavior in the target market, and craft tailored onboarding funnels that turn curious attendees into active product users.

When you work with me, you’re not getting abstract theories or inflated impressions. You’re getting a dedicated growth partner in the arena with you, focused on building trust, eliminating product friction, and moving your numbers forward.

Where I Operate

People,
communities,
brands, rooms.

Web3 is not only about technology. It is about people, trust, communities, relationships, distribution, experiences and execution. I work on that side of it.

Strategy

I can sit in the planning conversation and design the approach, the audience and the outcome the work is meant to produce.

Execution

I can then go and do it: run the event, hold the room, represent the brand, manage the community and follow up afterwards.

Online

Communities, content, campaigns and the daily work of keeping an ecosystem engaged when nothing is being launched.

Real World

Taking a digital brand into a physical environment where people can experience it and remember it.
